Normally we schedule a free on site walk through and professional evaluation to happen within 48 hours of our initial conversation. We assess your home room by room and discuss not only each room's potential but also scope of work, timeline, budget and any specific desires you may have. We pay attention to things like room usage, lighting, existing equipment, number of occupants, outdoor living environment, garage activity, existing cabling and take detailed notes with pictures.
Based on our notes, pictures and conversation we develop a strategic plan for your project. We research your equipment needs and put together a quote for you detailing all of your options. We follow up with a phone call and schedule another meeting to go over the information with you. Upon your approval we put together a contract and schedule the work .
Our work is done in a clean and orderly fashion. Once completed we take some glamour shots of the new system and make sure you have full understanding of how to work all of your home theater components.
